- Eye test must be completed before the RTA file opening
- Valid Original driving license from another country (if any): The license must be legally translated only from Dubai if not printed in English/Arabic. The license must be attested from the home country embassy/consulate if in handwritten and/or in book format.

Terms & Conditions
- *Every 3-month, students have to pay for learning permit renewal
- Training is optional before going RTA road test first time
- Once a student fails a test, the student must have to pay for 4 hours of training and test.

Bin Yaber Driving Institute in Dubai offers flexible training schedules to accommodate the busy lifestyles of Golden Visa holders. Training sessions are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening, with weekend classes also an option. Each session typically lasts 1-2 hours, and the overall duration of the course depends on the individual’s progress and the specific course chosen.
Timings of the training.
- Regular timings: Monday to Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Shifting timings: Monday to Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
A brief roadmap of the entire process:

- Upon failure of the Road test, the student needs to take 4 hours of classes and repeat the test.
